Finally got moved into the new house. Granted, we're far from being done with what all needs to be settled. We still have to Spackle/paint and all that but we're at least here. That's all that matters, yeah? :) Havoc is already having a blast with all this land, and he hasn't even seen the river yet!

Still, I'm a little stressed -- because our other roommates backed out. SOOOOOO, we're looking for ONE more roomie, possibly. If you're interested, let me know. Just drop a note. I would prefer that I know you and it is absolutely required you come visit before we just let you move in.

Only stipulations are:

Pets ARE allowed -- but NO dogs. We are not sure if the landlord will allow it. Cats/small animals/reptiles/cage animals are fine. You also MUST be okay with Pit Bulls, as I own one. Cannot be allergic to any animals/have phobias of animals.

Job is a MUST. You have to work at least 3 days a week. YOUR part of the rent would be $300. This is rent+utilities.

Please do not be dependent on someone else/family. And please be able to pick up after yourselves. Our previous house was kept very clean and organized, and this one will be the same.
