Looking for ideas for Warrior, Thief and Priest species

Now I'm looking to create Warrior, Thief and Priest figures...since that covers the basic RPG classes ^.^
So...ideas...what species can you see in those roles? I have my own ideas for them...but it doesn't hurt to pick others' brains :)

How about Priest?
Thief: Chipmunk (cute and innocent looking lol)
Warrior: Hawk or Wolf
Priest: Elk
