Do you guys reckon it'd be possible to hire a professional assassin, but not get them to kill someone, instead get them to use their skills to throw a pie in face of a politician or similar person?

Because an assassin could presumably plan the whole operation such that the target is pied at the most embarrassing moment, and also get away with it. And do it to people with high levels of personal protection.
