Other notes:

We are really excited about having tangyanika as our charity and it would be awesome if we could show our support by bringing things to donate for the charity auction. If you want to participate just bring anything you want to donate to the registration table and drop it off.

There will be an artist auction as well for any artists wanting to participate. If you want to submit anything into the auction please contact us about it and we will get you squared away.

If you are staying at the hotel you are basically fed the all you can eat breakfast and dinner for free, so there is no worries about extra costs for food. We did get pricing for those who will not stay at the hotel, and the all you can eat breakfast is only $5.99. (very affordable for all you can eat) and the 5:30 kickback dinner is $8.99 (which includes 3 adult beverages). But remember, it's FREE to anyone who is staying in the hotel.
Also anyone staying in the hotel get free access to unlimited soda pop and popcorn from 2pm to 10pm. Just another perk of the hotel. ^_^
