Commissions: F.A.Q.

What can you draw?
There's very little I'm not willing to try my hand at. Give me a design, and I'll do my best to do it justice.
Thus far, I've had experience drawing humanoid characters, anthros, monstrous characters, et cetera. I am less experienced with ferals, but will gladly take them on.
What are you absolutely opposed to drawing?
Not much, really. I do prefer to keep my work tasteful, but I will tackle violence, horror, adult or erotic themes, nudity and so on.
That said, I do reserve the right to refuse to do something, if it somehow manages to trip my hard boundaries (or if I just don't think I can do it justice--in which case I'll generally try to refer you to someone I think would do a better job). When in doubt, just ask.
What are your policies on unruly customers?
That depends on what you mean by unruly. I cover this, for the most part, in my ToS, I believe.
In essence, be professional and courteous; remember that you're hiring me for a service. I do reserve the right to refuse working with someone as a result of untoward rudeness, et cetera.
Why are your remapping ports more expensive than your non-remapping ports?
Because I don't really enjoy doing remapping portraits, and they tend to take me longer.
What's the difference between a speed port and a normal port?
The process is different, for one. I do speed ports in one sitting, sans preliminary sketches and the like. In essence, you get what you get. Furthermore, the backgrounds and compositions tend to be simpler, and the use of colour less complex.
Why aren't your commissions open more often?
I'm a full-time grad student and a staff member at TGT, during my sparse free time.
I do what I can, when I can.
I don't like your prices. Will you lower them for me?
No. Compared to the industry standard for illustrators, I undercharge by a lot. Usually, I don't even make minimum wage per hour on my commissions.
Do you take payment by post?
No.
