Not sure why I would start hating either of you, personal preference and all that. Never got the "oh my god you don't watch/read/play/listen to thing "x" YOU SUCK" mindset.

I don't get the mindset with others either. Though "You may start hating me now" was mainly a joke insert.

It's...I believe overblown would describe it well. It's my opinion that it's a very high quality show, but also that its popularity exceeds itself. I like it (not for reasons relevant to my tastes, not even remotely) but not everyone will.

From what I've seen, whether good or not, it's definitely being overblown, especially among macro fans. Some call it "The next Death Note" or even "The next Game of Thrones." I guess I would have to attempt to watch it more to understand the latter.

That being said, I would like to say it's "currently" not relevant to my tastes. I guess anything can change if given another chance.

Just for the record, I started watching it because I am a macro fan, and this turned out to not be relevant at all to those tastes. D:
I continued watching it because plot twists hooked me. @_@ Also, steampunk spidermen.

It just hasn't caught on with me. Though some stuff I find quite disturbing and disgusting. :/
