In need of people who take PLUSH COMMISSIONS.

My friend who noticed I posted a lot of furry/fursuit pics and stuff on facebook asked me if I could find someone to make her a plush commission.
What she wants is an Eevee (Pokemon) plushie.
She wants it around 15 inches, kinda realistic (I think she meant accurate to the Pokemon species?), weighted (so it's relatively heavy), and made using very long, fluffy fur.
So, can anybody recommend any plush makers who could definitely do this justice?
EDIT: Just spoke with my friend again. Gave me some images for reference in regards to the fur length she wants.

She also added this: "Life-size, slightly different shape, smaller eyes, and more realistic fur lay are my hopes."
