One funny thing about this video, though? There was another car behind her all this time and after she peels out, the other car just calmly pulls in. You have GOT to wonder what was going through THAT driver's head at that moment.

I'm glad I never saw any customers quite this messed up, but I've had my share of weird people.

I've had a customer like that escalate to smashing the General Manager's hand in the window. Yeah.

I had a lady sit in the drive-thru for ten minutes (we timed it...) yelling and screaming hysterics and cussing us out because we put tomatoes on her Whopper, when she never ordered it without tomatoes in the first place. She asked to see a manager, so I told her I'm as close as she'd get right now and if I could help her (this was several years ago, I haven't worked at BK in a while...) because we were in the middle of a rush. I was the only employee to own an actual manager's card, so I was literally as close to a manager as she was getting at the time. She cussed me out and demanded to see a manager anyway, and refused to move until she did.

Keep in mind we're in the middle of the lunch rush, and we're already down two employees that just decided to not show up for their shift that day, so I'm doing up front, drive-thru, expediting, restock, and floor, while someone's in the kitchen cooking. So I'm already about ready to punch someone, and now I have to deal with this BS.

I finally go get a manager, since two of them had shown up at this point (one of whom had to come in on her day off, so she's already not happy). The lady in the car yells at one of my managers to remake her whopper without tomatoes, while he tries explaining to her that she never ordered it that way in the first place, but if she'd pull around we'll make her another one. She proceeds to yell, among other things, that she's not going anywhere until we make it right, and she's going to complain to our headquarters about our poor service.

Keep in mind she's still screaming at us, she never once spoke in a reasonable manor throughout this whole conversation.

He finally turns around, takes the tomatoes off, then turns back around and hands her the whopper and tells her this is all she'd getting, and that we'll call the police if she doesn't move her car. She cusses us out some more, throws some obscene hand gestures our way, and finally peels out and drives off.

At this point we've had about a dozen customers exit the line and drive off, so I have about six or seven actual orders to cancel, while bumping up others so we can get to them quicker; all the while apologizing profusely to the people still there.

And people wonder why I hate stupid people. :/

All this over chicken mcnuggets? I know they're good, but this lady needs to calm the hell down.
