That's no excuse for allowing that monster Assad to murder his own people by the thousands. He's as bad as Saddam. I don't want us to interfere in the civil war, I just want us to prevent Assad from using WMD's indiscriminately.

True, but America's the only one who can do anything. If America won't stop Assad, who will? There's a difference between interfering in other countries and uncharitability.

Trust me, they couldn't. I've been to Russia, including Moscow and St Petersburg. Their soldiers are brave and loyal, but slovenly and ill-disciplined, and the obselete T-72s and T-80s are their main tanks. THey often run out of fuel on exercise because corrupt officers have sold it off.

Actually, Russia has fewer people than America, and it's a LOT poorer. I think you underestimate America. It's an amazing country, that's just made mistakes.
If America took steps to make itself a fairer society, it would be the greatest country the world had ever seen.

The one problem with Obamacare is that it was pitched in the wrong way. All the government wants is to allow poorer people free healthcare. The only people who dislike it are people who can afford private healthcare themselves.

Not really. The Middle Eastern dictators are just as murderous, if not more than Hitler or Stalin. They just do as much as they can get away with in the modern media.

True. We were right to topple Saddam, simply because he was so incredibly cruel and violent, and althoguh he didn't have chemical weapons he was still a big threat in the region.
