I can do a cute/anime style :3 but might I ask what you mean by blow it up?

We wanted something that would look good as a poster. Whatever standard poster size is.

Originally thought of maybe getting an 8x11 and just framing it somewhere at the wedding. That would probably be more cost-saving. But a poster-sized print would be more visible. Now that I actually think about it, blowing up an 8x11 of flat color art probably would not work well, huh.

Oh then that would just be a simple $8 my chibi prices are usually $5 per character etc. but since this is a special occasion I knock off $2 :3 note me if you're interested and I can get started right away ^w^

Blowing up a traditional piece would not be a good idea. Something digital, on the other hand, could work if the artist did it at a large enough file size and it was cleanly rendered.

That's why I want digital flat-color. But I think I'm still going with digital flat-colored art, just in an 8x11.

 nijipie does very fast, anime-esque work. Human and furry. They are open for commissions and are super affordable. Pleasure to work with.

 centradragon does incredibly lovely painterly work, both human and furry. Her humans are more anime-y. She isn't open as far as I know, but could potentially be convinced. She is more expensive. Also fantastic to work with.

 lingrimm has a fantastic anime-esque style, especially with humans. They are regularly open for commissions, but I'm not sure what the current status is. Potentially cheap. One of many on my list to commission.

 seylyn just opened for commissions, and their humans are rather anime-y. Not cheap, but good stuff. Another on my list to commission.

And that's all I got that are remotely anime-y besides  tomhoshino, who I assume you have already contacted. If all else fails, trawl the for-hire forums on DeviantArt. People offer chibi art there ALL the time, though you'll have to wade through lots of amateurs.

Thanks a lot, I will check everyone out! Yeah, Tomhoshino is actually my favorite DA/FA artist, and an old buddy of my sister...but she never got back to me on it. ;_; That made me sad, I thought it'd be fun to have her art at the wedding.

Sounds like between work and cons, she's pretty busy XD;

...and while you'd expect a month would be enough time to get art and get it printed etc., most fandom artists that do great work do not work well on a "tight" schedule.
