In my experience, customers prefer squishy noises for whatever reason. I suggest dragonskin 20 and accompanying dyes. If you want a hard nose, use smooth cast 300. Its -bright- white so it gives the brightest colours when tinted.

Try soma foam for the pawpads, you'll have to use raw silicone as a paste to glue it to the backing but its SO worth it. Feels like real skin and its squishy as fuck, not hard like dragonskin.

well if i make the noses out of silicone, fur will stick to them and i hate that. the plastic gives more of a toony look rather than realistic. and what is soma foam? i like the squishy silicone paw pads.

If its mixed properly and cured it won't stick to them :D Soma foam is squishy silicone. When you place your order ask for a sample of it.

I use Dragonskin 10 for my noses and pawpads, the molds are made from Smooth Cast 320 because I have a bunch on hand but 300 or similar would be fine. I use the 320 for my small resin products because it pigments well (you'll find resin is hard to color as it can change drastically when it cures, while silicone is WYSIWYG). You may have to play around with a few different products to find your favorite ones, and if you ever have any questions, call the Smooth-on guys!
