So I was wondering what I could do that you guys would like, and make you want to be more active?

But seriously, I don't know. Maybe do an artist slave thingy.
It works the way, that you offer a starting bid and people start to bid. Whichever bid wins, the person will have your "artist skills" for a determined amount of time. That's of course if you can draw on instant requests, through stream. It's like you are a slave who have to draw for a determined time. I saw a famous artist doing this sometimes and poeple do pay money for that.
That's only an idea.
But make stoopid memes on journals, ask me anything journals, Post funny things you see. Pimp other artists, post them on your journals and share with friends and fans, if they see what you did, they may return your kindness in the same way, ergo you'll get more watchers and your profiles will be more active.
These are just ideas, and IMO the first one is a horrible idea, but it's still an idea. xD
