Money shortage on the right time .
Some of the illustrations are here on FA, some, as far as I can see, are not. (I'm not sure of the digital availability of any of them, it's possible all are online, but honestly, still worth it IMO) All are printed nice and big, usually either full page or half page, but avoiding a two-page spread as the binding would leave a line down the middle. Only a few illustrations are less than half a page.
There is -very- little space wasted in text or blank paper... this is pretty much 48 pages of art, 8 pages of tutorials.
And as for the tutorials? we have...
a mini-tutorial on picking colours.
a mini-tutorial on rendering fur.
a start-to finish tutorial showing how a whole picture is put together...
Oh, and one other... what was it.
Oh yes...
EYES! HE SHOWS HOW TO DO THOSE LOVELY GLOSSY EYES! <- Totally worth the price right there!
