TLDR VERSION (THERE IS NONE. You should really read this if you want/are commissioning a PWYW livestream piece)

I've posted this several times upon uploading the PWYW image. I always post the rules and I always encourage reading them to avoid any sort of confusion down the road.

But, due to certain circumstances..here they are in journal form. Again, I've always posted these when I run my PWYW stream and they're up for the duration of the stream. In that time period I expect them to be read and understood; there's ample time between the stream (people can back me up on this, I stream HOURS at a time most of the time so there's plenty of time to read a few rules.)

1. $3 minimum per character.

2. Try to keep references SFW

3. Keep in mind that there is a list, I will notify you when it is your turn. If you are not present in the stream, I will move on the next one. If you already paid no worries, I will be completing your order in the upcoming batches.

Notice the third one. It states that if you pre-paid you WILL be getting a spot HOWEVER if you are not present in the stream..it doesn't mention anything about priority. It just guarantees that it will get you a spot in whatever number batch. It guarantees you WILL receive a product.

BUT.

It does not promise anything along the lines of priority if you're not in stream. I have a list for who's paid and who's not, and if you paid and sent your reference before hand AND if you're in stream..you will get certain priority.

If you're not in stream and did pre-pay, as I said before, it just promises you a product.

I feel the need to post so there's a 24/7 reminder of how it works; again, I ALWAYS post the rules on every stream I broadcast and there's plenty of time to read and understand three rules.

Please take the time to read and understand them. If I receive any comments that let me know that you've ignored my rules, do not be surprised if I am kind of "stern." I wrote the simple TOS for a reason and I kept it simple for a reason. It is not on my part that you didn't read the rules.
