I personally think it would either fall between either Mother-Child or Person-Person. The saying "nothing is stronger than a mother's love" has been used for centuries, but then there's also that concept of marriage or relationships between two people in love which has also been the typical cultural plot of a billion books and films.

I'd think this really depends on the person. For example, I feel like person-concept love, for myself, is almost the strongest emotion and mental connection I can feel, but I know that'd definitely not be the case for some of my relatives and close friends.
The love I have for my mother is quite strong, but my friend whose mother is far more abusive does not have that same bond. I have a great deal of sibling-love for one brother, but not for the other, who was a terrible bully and abusive toward me in many ways.

There's no objective "strongest" for everyone. It depends on personal experiences.

Carefully reading the list, and thinking about it. I'm going to say 'for me' the strongest love is between me and this concept. It's abstract but I feel it intensely in regards to a pursuit of knowledge or love of academia. The kind who's first date was any intellectual achievement that gives a sense of merit. It capsules not only the subjects that are dear to me (Which transform into nodes that branch off into fields, like for philosophy I'm into Ethics and Epistemology.) but also a longing for kindred that share my enthusiasm for learning. Akin to people getting along in an Ivory tower, but I'm nowhere near its gates and look for people that are outside experiencing life and it's wonders, amongst our fellows who sometimes don't understand us entirely.

So these are two concepts that drive me wild, but united by a familiar emotion of 'Saudade'.

if it is an inanimate object I would say it may be person - object love.

I think love in the sense humans take it to be is a cocktail of compassion and altruism, and the strongest love is different from person to person, albeit strange sometimes to those who are not in the "know."
