I've commissioned a piece of art from an artist, obviously right? Well it's been over a month now, the piece was finished middle of last month and I was told it was shipped to me. After waiting two weeks and not getting anything I asked the artist about it, was told they would wait until the following Tuesday to see if it arrives. Tuesday came and went with no art in the mail. I notified the artist, they said they've put another one in the mail for me. Here it is almost another 2 weeks since that was supposedly put in the mail. I've contacted the artist again, said they called their post office and can't figure out what's going on, and that with varying issues, me getting my commissioned piece isn't a top priority. How would you go about that? Would you tell the artist you wanted a refund or stick it out and keep waiting?
