i mean , when my system is running properly and just needs more space i just add a hd and voila, more space , no need to reinstall the whole crap with backups from ages ago , that'll sure make it slowdown or unstable o.o

According to what I recently read, the issues will resolve overtime. It's a part of them completing the process. Don't fret. Things shouls get somewhere near normal soon

Looking at the PHP/SQL counters at the bottom and comparing them to before, I assume they copied the data, but it is still being indexed on new servers, so SQL runs "raw" and concurrently with indexing so far. When it finishes, things should get back to normal.

Oh, i didn't know that, so when its 100% it should be all fine again?

No, the percentage is just how much of the load time is due to PHP, and how long due to SQL queries.

Usually, should not take long on SQL side, 'cause most of the queries are PHP. It is over 50% sometime on SQL now.
