No offense. I know you ride a motorcycle but you seem like a cool guy who also rides a bike, unlike those "posers with hogs who want to look cool and try to act bad-ass" or "sheep in wolves clothing" as I like to call them.

It' kind of an interesting subject that I was talking about with my BF the other night. He said that he doesn't like trucks. I said that I have a truck because I live on a farm and use it for actual work. I tend to dislike people who have big-ass trucks just because they want to look bad-ass. I kinda feel like it's the same way with motorcycles.

I saw a guy with a scooter and a guy with a Harley parked next to each other at a stoplight the other day. I had more respect for the guy on the scooter because he was probably using it for a practical reason.

There are some Harley riders who actually put miles on their bikes, and I not to them with respect. The ones that drive me up the wall is like you say someone who has a bike that has 3000 miles on it that's a 2006 (yes, I did meet someone like that).

I have the sort of mentality that my poor bike gets rather dirty because washing it means I'm not actually riding it. =P

Posers will be posers. Makes me kinda glad I live nowhere near 'em. Sturgis is a little closer to me, but at least that's once a year. No idea how many posers show up to that place.

BB&B is the Sturgis of our region, it's once a year.

I made the mistake of driving down whatever 14th becomes once it goes into Rogers, by the Harley dealership, on Saturday morning.
