It's kinda sad, but people like that will end up on the street again because they don't know how to live differently anymore. It's not their fault tho, it's a huge psychological thing.

Well this man looked mentally normal to me and even a hard worker, they should have asked the man why he is homeless, maybe the man would have said that someone put a demand on him or his boss/coworkers made something incriminating him, or he just can't manage well his money in general or even it could be that he was alcoholic or took drugs, made bad decision thanks to that but he realized and he wants a second chance. As I said, the man looks like he is a hard worker who fights to live everyday, even if he made mistakes in his past that lead him to this present.

It's not about mental stability or lack of it. If you live in certain conditions you gain traits that you just can't get rid of overnight. Similar thing happens when humans look for a partner. They will seek out something they've seen during their childhood, in a subconscious manner. That's how broken we humans are. Even if we want change, and are offered a possibility, we cannot really change.

There must be more people like him in the world who help others X3

One time I was going to Powell's (a bookstore in my city) and there was a guy sitting outside the entrance with a sign that said "Avid reader, hungry, homeless, and bookless." I went up to him and asked him what he liked to read, he replied "I love a good sci-fi or fantasy, and I just finished the third Game of Thrones and would love to read the fourth one." So I told him I'd be right back. I went in, found the book, bought it, and headed back out to give it to him. "Oh, thank you, thank you!" he said. "You know, I never keep a book after I finish it, I pass it on to the next person so others can enjoy it too. You made my day, thank you so much!" Then he grabbed his backpack and sign and walked off.

Even though I hadn't done much for him, spreading happiness like that was a very good experience. c: I recommend that everyone find an opportunity to go out of their way to do something nice for a stranger. I completely believe in karma: what goes around comes around.

Its so wonderfull that someone actually reach out to those who really need it.

It is nice to do this, I would like to do it too, at least once, but be aware that you must plan this correctly and even choose the right person (someone who for example won't go and sell everything for alcohol) . Some nice actions like this even if they are done in good will they can make things worse for them in the future. When you do something like this, it is best to do something that will help them on their future than something that just makes him happy for some days.
This video looks like they did it correctly and with the correct person because that man works hard for a living and this is like a big prize for his effort, this man doesn't look like he will go and sell his new clothes for alcohol or drugs; but as I wrote earlier, it would be better if they did something for his future like buying him the tools he need (along with all what they did already) or search him a job so he can sustain by himself for years to come and effectively change his life in a better way.

Gotta to it for the one's that you see on a regular basis and also find out their story too. Half of the experience is just sitting down and talking with them, listening to their story. True most of the homeless might go back to the streets after giving money (which is why you should stick with physical things like buying them clothes and food rather than just regular money) but sometimes they catch breaks, like some homeless have and help them turn their lives around. Overall pretty cool though!

Same... The best I ever did was last year before Christmas when I bought some cupcakes. Saw an old guy who recently lost his job since they needed less workers and I gave him it. Sure, I didn't have anything to have on my Christmas, but hearing that over the course of those four years of traveling by foot, that was the best Christmas he got.
