SO, I went to work all hunky dory yesterday and then had to leave in the middle of grooming a dog because I all of a sudden started throwing up. The only reason I left is because there was blood in it. Now, don't freak out -- doctor said it was only because of my throat getting scratched. However, they did tell me I got some sort of gastrointestinal bug from working with dogs (letting them lick my face and petting them and not washing my hands.) Being where I work, I can't always wash my hands and I DO have a bad habit of fishing nasty ass dog hair out of my mouth while grooming. SO, lesson learned here is that -- I am no longer letting dogs lick my face, bc uhm...this is not a fun experience and I never thought that loving on dogs could get you landed in the ER. That is all.

PS; I'm perfectly fine! ^_^ They have me on meds and bed rest for the weekend. Just wanted to give everyone a head's up!
