Reborn - a request for feedback

Direct from the rambling mind of a weird author.
So over the coming days I will gradually be submitting chapters to my science fiction novel, Reborn.
Depending on the response I get from it, I may end up posting the full novel.
For me to do that though, I need to know that people are reading it, and so I ask that if you do, please provide a little bit of feedback. Preferably something a little more in depth than "I like it."

It's a science fiction story set in the fairly young days of interstellar colonisation. It follows Captain Rhys Griffiths in his personal quest to become an admiral of Spaceways, the military division that operates in space. Unknown challenges are right around the corner, that not only threaten this goal, but could completely change who he is.
