Meep! =^_^=
Borderline overdid the suiting last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with really sore arms locked in a mummy cross position and I realized that if I didn't stretch them out they'd ache locked in that position all day.
So I stretched out and planked my bed like a boss. Woke up mildly sore in all four limbs but am otherwise ok cause I remained stretched out.
