Just making this for the hell of it, incase anyone wonders.
Alterdeus Refs and Facts:

Has deep red eyes
Wears Silver Heart Belt (can't see it on avatar)
Humanoid that comes from another planet
People on the planet eat lots of food daily, food there is low in calories and other stuff and people there burn though it fast
Finds out Earth/Gaia food more fattening than home planet food, but also tastes a lot better
Still eats a lot and ends up getting fat, but can lose the weight quickly as can still burn though the calories fast, secretly likes being fat
Can change skin color between purple and white, usually purple when skinny, usually white when fat, but can be vice versa as well.
Sombra Refs and Facts:

Partner with Alterdeus since birth as he is Alterdeus's desires manifested
Gets fatter as Alterdeus does, he can change his height at will though so if he gets too fat to move he can make himself taller to move again. Sometimes gets fat for no reason but to have fun.
Marks on Arms and Feet/Legs change with his body
Tells Alterdeus about his desire to be fat and helps make him fat sometimes
