My two cents regarding the election

I think it's amusing that all of us Canadians are more excited about the American election than our own... maybe it's because after the last few years, we're used to our elections meaning the government is just going to change again in two years...
Wait, weren't you supposed to put an end to all that, Mr. Harper? Hmmm, I guess not...

...and to be honest...after 8 years of being the most hated nation on the planet, led by a president that had to quibble over a few hundred thousand votes just to get elected and stay that way, no matter how I feel about Obama personally (inexperienced, too moderate), it is DAMNED GOOD to be American again...
...because we just proved one of those things we often 'claim' but couldn't really prove...
in America...anyone can grow up to be the President if they are smart and work hard
which beats the lesson of Bush...where "you can grow up to be the President, even if you're dumb...as long as your family is loaded and bails you out regularly"
