Wanted to make this public:
I make a damn fine apple pie.
I make a damn fine fruit cake.
And I can now add pumpkin pie (made with honest-to-God, real life, store-bought pumpkins) to my list of what's 'damn fine'.

And what do you guys want to do for dinner? I made a lasagna that was pretty good.
I'll go shopping tomorrow for the pumpkins and at least make the pie dough tonight.
I also might as well make another lasagna, unless you guys want Mexican?
