Furry fetishes. When do they go too far?
I've noticed it's quickly been becoming commonplace to post up imagery of castration, hardcore vore, scat and pedophilia on such websites as FA, Tumblr and e621...
... Just out of curiosity, when did this become an acceptable thing? I mean, I have my kinks and all but some of these just seem so outlandish. I've actually seen a picture of an unborn child being boned while still in the womb on e621 before. Hell, I love me some size difference between partners but straight pedophilia? And everyone's alright with it...?
To set this straight before I post this up- I'm not attacking anyone or their preferences and I'm obviously not naming names. I'm not trying to sling any mud or insult anyone. I'm just curious to know other people's opinions on the matter. To my knowledge, the furry fandom can be (and has been) a fairly innocent little community. I'm just surprised because this kind of thing used to be really looked down upon- murder, hardcore torture, cannibalism and raping children, among other things. These people used to be considered "sick" and really still are in most cultures, but they're our neighbors here in the furry fandom. Is everyone really so comfortable with that?

I feel about the same way. The furry fandom being in the state it is now, it's entirely expected for there to be a lot of sexual content. I just feel like the fandom's become surprisingly tolerant of the type of sexual content that is accepted onto their websites and such. Some of those fetishes are /really/ hardcore. It makes me thankful that some sites like e621 have a blacklist function.
