Tea Stained ACEO Commissions / Taking a Stand
12 years ago
Sorry if this is your second time basically reading this journal, but I needed to add some stuff in, and rant a bit.
[rant]
I'm done selling myself short. I know I'm not the best artist out there, but I do know that my artwork, especially these art cards are worth more than I wanted to ask them for. So, I'm just gonna stop punching myself in the gut hoping someone will buy it because it's cheap. Nope. Not doing this to myself anymore. I take a lot of time to make the art I sell, and I don't want to undersell myself any more.
[/rant]
Sorry about that~
So to the point. ACEO Commissions!
I'm gonna start with 4, just to see how things go.
Look here for which card you want: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/11774174/
They are 2.5 x 3.5 inches pieces of watercolor paper, but #2 is multimedia paper. A little rough because I don't have a paper cutter, but mostly straight.
$20 each. Paypal only for payment.
You'll get a physical copy mailed to you as well. No extra for shipping unless you live outside of the US (in which case, we'll talk about it)
Note to Claim With this Information:
Character Reference: (visual refs only please!)
Pose/Ideas: (things you want in the picture, things your character might act like/do, etc)
Card #: (number of the card you want it painted on)
PS: I don't draw Mature or Adult art. Sorry
Card #1: -open-
Card #2: -open-
Card #3: -open-
Card #4: -open-

I've got only 4 open. Because I only have 4 cut and stained... but I'll work on staining some more if people are interested! I like seeing the different effects different types of tea have on the paper. And I really like learning the painting techniques.
My favorite part is brewing up a pot of tea and painting while I drink tea. So fun. And so relaxing. Digital art tends to make me irritated sometimes, so I think this is a good meditative technique~ And I really really like finding new traditional techniques for painting these. But the tea background is my favorite. I love that I can re-use my tea leaves and make something so beautiful~
