I can't decide, full color or black and white in my comics. Greyscale is faster than full color, but full color is more eye-catching.
If you can, avoid saying "It's up to you" 'cause it doesn't help me at all TwT

(I'm thinking of early comics from Ballerina Mafia or the like here. Put the effort into inking and shapes, not colours and brushes.)
I do my comics in color.

But I know how hard is color.
If you wanna not use colors sometimes, made it on quick comics (3-4 frames) as on newspapers.
Full page comics are much better on colors (more than 4 frames).
