I do as for how they work right now it's just so you can get everything ready to do heists when they finally release them

I just started mine a few days ago but as far as I can tell no just the normal ranking from the online. As for the money me and my friend have done some of the lower jobs because the rockstargames hasn't released heists yet, but we get the same amount of money when the job is complete
