I tend to be a suprising predator for such a little moogle, But I /am/ still a delicious little moogle.

Some quick little details:

Apperance: THrough widely variable, he's never anthropomorphic, or at least avoids it when he can. He /enjoys/ being little.

Mannerism: He likes to play up to what pleases people. Around strangers through, he avoids too much attention, and gravitates to the people who seem left out/alone/not part of the crowd. Really really likes helping, and tends to follow minor commands without a second throught.

Sexuality: More then anything else, Kupok loves convincing people that they'd enjoy something they throught they'd never like. Which can be as minor as convincing a straight man his butt's warm, to extreame things like convincing an obsessively rat that it's okay to be /dirty/.
