So, I decided to make a Commission Queue for
those who do commission me.

This'll make it easier for people to keep up with
my progress on their works.

I've also color coded things:

Yellow is for WIPs that aren't hyperlinked
Lime is for when your commission is "Done!"

">>WIP<<" <-- for those who want progress checks, the queue will
have a hyperlink of your work with having those little signs there.

This way, those who want their commission to be a surprise can
have that, whereas someone who wants progress checks can
easily click on the WIP link and will be automatically directed to
the most recent WIP of their work.

There are two sections. Those who've been waiting for a month will
be listed in the top section along with their commission info.
