At the pokemon friend safari, each registered friend you have gives you a different safari, two base pokemon and a third if you have both bean online at the same time after beating the champion. It is based off something in your friends game, hence for all that persons friends going on their safari results in the same pokemon. In your case, when I go on a friend safari using you as the friend, those pokemon show up, same goes for anyone else who goes on a friend safari using yours. It is a good idea to get many different friends registered to get a variety of pokemon available.
