Painful Tendinitis (Any Suggestions?)
♪JEAGERRRR!!!♪
Hey Guys,
So, with working on commissions and the heavy schoolwork load I've had, I inevitably developed an extremely painful case tendinitis! It's particularly debilitating when I attempt to grasp anything and at times it becomes difficult to even hold a pencil. I allowed my wrist to rest for about a day and a half, but there's not much improvement. Unfortunately, I have to finish a painting for a class by Wednesday and a sculpture by Thursday, which seems near impossible if I can't even hold a paintbrush without pain shooting through my wrist.
Bottom-line, does anyone have any suggestions or home remedies? I have no health insurance, so any professional care is out of the question...
Thanks so muchhhh!!! <3 <3 <3
Time to muddle through the pain for the time being! SOLDIER ON, PUPPY, YOU HAVE MUCH WORK TO DO!!!

Thank you so much for stopping to look at my art!
I don't have any doctoral degrees, I can't help, i'm sorry.
I have used 3 thing in the past:
1) A horse mussel gel, for race horses is a mussel relaxant and pain killer.
2) a mint wash, like soap.
^mainly for hands fingers and wrist
just for wrist : Mint oil and apple cider vinegar mix, half & half. my buddy john uses this as swears by it, but he is an odd one.
But you are seriously awesome! It's late at night, but I'm going to buy this stuff to try the ones I can tomorrow!
I have no idea where to get the horse muscle stuff, though, but the mint soap and applecider vinegar mix will definitely be put into tomorrow's schedule! THANK YOU SO SO SOOOO MUCH!
It was a great week of outdoors hiking, but considering you got art classes and such, (not to mention I am the ambidextriouse type so i just left handed a bunch of things)
It would be difficult for you not tto do anything art related for a week.
Tell your teachers that your in pain????? i dunno. I read SirDrake Collar's stuff. (I'll remember that for next time)
