it sounds like you just need one long sleeping session(i would try and give you a time but it really depends on your "regular" sleeping patterns)
just try not to stress out about stuff for a day or 2, if you have job ask for a sick day, try to back off on art a little, don't stress out too much if you only get a weird looking sketch done
and as for only being able to nap, try doing something strenuous, like walking somewhere a little uphill until you feel more worn out(only a little, don't wanna exert yourself too much), then go home and eat something warm/filling
also, I apologize if i seem bossy/know-it-all-y
i have alot of experience with fatigue/sleeping-problems and i just wanna help people Q^Q
naw your fine, im giving my self a week to recover, but there is a lot I need to get done so I can really relax till some things are done. next month I can really relax, but I am trying to take it EZ as much as I can. thank you for your input ill try to use some of it, Thank Q
thats good, but if you relax too much your brain might think it won't need as much sleep(because you get tired from a buildup of chemicals in a certain part of your brain) so when you get back to normal be careful not to do it all at once
i did that with going back to school and thinking i could keep my same work schedule, never again, I'm still trying to recover
