What do you do about someone you are trying to help get a job not being able to get a job because of his reasons of not wanting a crap job or not trying hard enough?
Many of us usually start off with a 'crap' job; its probably the only way to build experience as well as your resume. Start off small and work you way up.
I currently help out at a store with multiple tasks, and it turns out to be fun sometimes with the people you work with.
Thats actually my favorite task, believe it or not. I get slightly disgusted by the mess left behind, but I look foward to how it will turn out after I clean it up.
Kashmir started out at a body shop and now works with a
Company that lets him sit on his butt and answer the phone all day
I would agree with OrangeMario here
Haha. Also. Kashmir get paid biweekly and his base pay is approx $11ish an hour
It's a full time job and can get up to 60 hrs/wkly if you pick up enough
All he does is answer the phone, answer questions about credit cards and try to sell them
If you sell enough % of the calls that come in you can get up to $4 or $5 added to your base pay per hour
try elwood staffing thats how I got my job they mostly hire for factories I work at Koller craft making plastic car parts its an easy job but you have to bee on your feet a lot as for pay I dont get that much for just starting
