Hmm..my happy place involves writing. Or, if I'm REALLY that bad, I'll game. Something mindless and destructive, where all I'm doing is killing things. Digital Devil Saga is my newest hiding place.

lol Yeah, those games where they require very little thinking and a whole lot of violence are sooo good for that. I'm guilty of using games like StarFox and Super Smash Bros. as anger therapy XD

Hmm, reading. No matter how bad my mood is, I feel a lot better after reading for an hour or so. And of course chatting with the one who is dear to me also brings my mood up.

At youtube with a few hundred sad songs and a box of tissues. I guess that's more my sad place, but I always feel better after crying for a while. If I urgently need to get out of a really bad mood I think of some lighter hearted songs that I like.

Music=Life for me pretty much lol

Since negative emotions such as you describe coincide with (or contribute to) my desire to be alone, I spend time watching movies, drawing, and reading comics in my room =)

ok, enough with the lousy pun lol

Mu happy place is a little place that I go to in my mind that is isecluded and far off from any emotion I have inside of there. Inside my happy place, its a deep, far off hidden cave filled with wonderful colours and glowing rocks, with a large waterfall. Oddly enough though, I get so into my happy place, I swear I can almost hear the water. I usually go there when life makes me too stressed out over things. Its quiet there, its not too bright, and not too dark, nice and warm. Its the perfect world for me :)
And it all resides in my head/imagination ^^

I like to do a bit of writing when I need to blow off steam. And if that fails, I like to go down to some of the coastal redwood forests (usually an hours drive away, but they're REALLY beautiful)

Playing guitar, or any instrument that I can play at that. It's just me and the music, not a care in the world.

Hmm...for me, it's either music or video games...
