Depending on what needs to be done to fix the laptop, three weeks isn't actually that long. I work in a little computer store and we don't have the space to keep every possible part for every laptop model ever in-stock, so when someone comes in needing a replacement part, we usually have to order one from Hong Kong. And it can take anywhere up to a month to get to us.

But he said like 3 times that laptop is already done and I just have to call tomorrow or next day, I do it everyday but he dont response at my calls or sms...

Ah. Yeah, that would be annoying.
