So now I'm starving

Does anyone even read Journals anymore?
Because my roommates threw out all my food.
Little backstory, we need to clean out our shared apartment because the owners will check on it soon. So while I am away, getting cleaning supplies, they are cleaning out the food shelves. And in the process throw out all my canned food, which, besides a half a loaf of toast, is all I have for eating.
So of course, I ask why the fuck they did that, especially considering the food was brand new, shiny new cans, with a Best Before Date of like...2015.
Answer? They didn't knew who it belonged to, came to the conclusion it doesnt belongs to either of them, so it belongs to no one. Throw it out.
They didn't even THINK for a fucking second it could belong to THE THIRD PERSON LIVING IN THIS GODDAMN APARTMENT.
So of course I am rightfully pissed. This was all the food I had, and I am unemployed right now so my budget for buying new one is near null. So I ask him to repay me for the food he threw out.
He gets up and pissed, asking me why I am bothering him over a few cans of soup and canned pasta. "Its just food."
I swear to god, I can't wait for that fucker to move out of here.

When I cook something, because I am a chef, they of course ask me if they can have something of it, because you know, chefs always cook for others.
And the same dude that threw out my food also cancelled his internet. Like a year ago. So because I need internet (and strangely, he too), who had to make a new contract? Me. Complete with expensive new modem. I asked my roommates if they could shell in some money every month because they use the internet too and it costs me about 20 euro (which is like 23-25 dollars) each month. The one roommate never has money and the one that cancelled his is always hesitant and "is it really a month now, I don't think so" to pay me his 7 euro. So I quickly just fucking forgot about it because I don't need that fucking hassle. But now I need to because else I don't have any money to buy me food with for this week.
Its just a hassle all around.
First off its MY food, that I paid for. Secondly, its a valuable resource. I could've lived of that food for 2 days. Or well, if you generalize, 2 people on this planet for 1-2 days.
And its always a hassle like this. Just look above to what I said to Tamurross and you'll know.
Such assholes they are, throw something of theirs out and say you didn't know who it belonged to
People are fucking starving in this world, and for the irony, the guy who throws it out is studying economic and enviromental sustainability at the local university, yet lives a lifestyle that is fucking wasteful as anything!
But yeah, throwing out food is just...ugh. And yeah, I mean, I prefer self cooked food made from fresh ingredients, but that implies I have to go out every day, buying fresh stuff because I dont believe in hoarding a ton of fruit, vegetables and meat just so I dont use it all up and throw it out again, and then cook it. Which means they will ask me if they can have some of it, and doing cooking for a living, I have NO drive whatsoever to cook for myself. So most times I either buy take out or canned/prepackaged food. And take out is rather expensive, at least compared to canned soup, stews pasta etc, so yeah.
Besides, german canned food is not that bad, so I can live off that without a problem.
