And how would that be? Most passages in the Bible could be taken any which way. Don't "believe" me? Ask any of the many sects that use the Bible as their holy text. Then compare each and every version of the Bible with each other. Lots of fairly drastic word usage occurs when you do that.

If you actually look at the context of the quotes in the bible that denounce homosexuality the first deals with having young boys give sexual favors as they apprentice under a master in exchange for their education. The second most quoted section "Leviticus" is just a bunch of insane ramblings from an ancient ruler.

We can all agree with the first idea, but the second source is kind of questionable given his tendency to encourage the death penalty for rebellious children and people that wear mixed fiber clothing :P
