As long as I had played Pokemon and watched the TV series and even collected the cards. I had not once! Even realized this until now. :/

Ok you know Ekans and Arbok right? These two snake pokemon: http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/wp-.....kans-Arbok.png

Well I just realized their names are backwards =3=;

Ekans name is Snake.

Arbok name is Korba just not spelt with the "C"

Ugh man I'm such a blonde to realize this til now XP Yes I am playing Pokemon Fire Red and just caught a Ekans XD

That's something that isn't mentioned much and is an often overlooked fact, no need to criticize yourself over it hun. I didn't find that out myself until I read a FAQ. There are lots of other things I wouldn't realize until much later than everybody.

Besides, that's rather trivial information, it's not like it'll help you play the game any better. I'd be more concerned with not knowing certain gameplay tips that can get you far in the game.
