Bought Myself a Drawing Tablet! (Advice on programs please!)

Yep! I certainly did!
It's just a cheap one. I got a Monoprice 10 inch one because they are apparently pretty good for someone whose just a begginer (me).
So yes! Exspect some digital art from me in the future, hopefully.
It should be arriving in a couple of days, Monday the 28th is the estimatted date.
I have a Photoshop Elements and I'm thinking of getting Sai or something.
What programs would be good for a digital begginer?
