I live at home currently and my family is not okay with piercings or tattoos of any kind. They don't even know I've had my septum pierced since august haha xD
So for me, in order to avoid a fuss/explosion, I'd have to get it somewhere hide-able. I've been really leaning towards getting a wolf head of some type on me for my first tattoo. Not solid on its design yet though @ w @;
In reply to everyone that has no tattoo.
I've always wanted to get this as a tattoo. http://imgur.com/FBF3h1U I'm sure it seems silly, but I fell in love with that picture a long time ago. I think it must have been at least six or seven years ago that I stumbled across it. I still love it just as much as I did the day I found it.
I'm not sure why this particular piece of art struck me so much.
I definitely like the colors and design of the character, and I have always liked dandelions too. But there's more to it than just that.
I think having the word smile in it is what really caught my attention. I've been told multiple times over the years that I always look sad or bored. It used to bother me a lot. I can't tell you haw many times peoples have told me “You Need to smile more.” or they ask me why I don't look happy. I've pretty much just come to expect it now and I try to not let it bother me anymore. Of course it still does from time to time. So yeah, the word “smile” has always kind of haunted me.
But I've always wanted to get it as a tattoo on my back somewhere. I think it would be cool to have a little trail of dandelions going across my back and running into the picture, or something like that. Although I'm not sure how I would want to work the word “Smile” into it. I'd want it to be a little more artsy than just plain text like it is.
If I were to actually get it as a tattoo I'd probably scour the earth to find a tattoo artist that I trusted enough to do it, as I'm such a perfectionist. I'd want the color to be as vivid as possible.
I also think it would be cool as hell to track down the artist and see if they would do a few lines of the tattoo themselves. Even if it was just a few lines of it, I think it would be rad to actually have their own hand do some of it.
I have always loved koi tattoos and other really colorful pieces that I have seen too. I just love colorful stuff I guess.
OK... that's way more text than I was expecting so I'll stop now haha.
Anyway, don't go too crazy ;p
