PayPal help!!! I really need help!!!!

So, for the LONGEST time, I've been trying to get my paypal up and working so I can finaly start
taking commissions!!!
BUT! It's rejected my credit card 5 TIMES and it keeps telling me that I need a credit card to start
taking money TT-TT
My mate,
told me that she has heared of people setting up a paypal to reciece money without a linked account 0.0 but she doesn't know how to, including myself DX
SO! If anyone out there knows how to set up a paypal to recieve money without a linked account, please help this Rainbow Rave Wolf out!!!!!!

the 1-800 number might help if u don't want to link the card...i have a pre pay card linked for when i (finally) get any commissions...cust. service helped out ....good luck,hon.

:o sadly can't help you there, my paypal is attacked to my bank account since I don't own nor want any credit cards.
