Exhausted
Heya,
I just thought I would post an update while I have a few minutes of Maddy napping (for those who are curious, she's going through a faze where she won't freaken sleep... yes this frustrates me and yes i'm feeling more than a little trapped by this and it's not doing wonders on my feeling happy). I'm fine, just really exhausted. Art will be slow as I only get a few minutes a day to myself (it seems... and after dishes get done and dinner cooked).
Also, I'm doing NaNoWriMo this November. I usually have a hand free (though it is very awkward arting on the couch with a baby on your chest) enough to write down the odd thing here and there.
Anyway, seems like she woke up and probably needs changing and a feed, before spending the next three hours getting her to sleep.
Hope everyone's well.

When you put your baby down to sleep, about 3 hours later if the baby is still sleeping, give it a feed (even if its sleeping if you put the bottle in its mouth it has an auto suck feature) so it'll feed whilst asleep and then stay asleep cause it wont be hungry to wake up. clarly each child is different so this might not work for you, but it might give you and hour or two of extra sleep which at this stage is a miracle right :)
yeah, i had heard of that and we have tried it. it kinda worked, not really, because she woke due to needing a change (Maddy hates not being in a clean diaper and will definately tell us when she needs changing). she's sleeping for 5 - 6 hour stretches at night. we just don't wake her. it's more during the day that we wake her to feed her.
