Just for spooks an all I will share a scary story >:3
A young couple had moved into a new house for the first time and where quite thrilled. They had a fair bit of unpacking to do and it would take more then just a day to do so. Roughly three days later, the husband came downstairs and in the middle of the hallway he found a red crayon. It was just laying there as if it was dropped or purposely placed there. The young couple didn't have any children yet, so he picked up the red crayon and tossed it in the garbage, thinking it must have belonged to the previous family who had lived here who had maybe a few small children. It was not long after that the wife found the crayon in the same spot it was in no more then a week when she first saw it. Confused she picked it up and tossed it once more in the garbage. A few days later the wife found the crayon again. Thinking her husband was pulling a childish joke on her. She went to him asking about the crayon and its constant reappearing in the same spot as before. He looked at her questioningly "I have no idea what you're talking about." He was just as confused as she was. As before the crayon was tossed back into the garbage.
One night as the couple where bedding down for the night, they head what sounded like a rubber ball bouncing in the hallway. They sat up and listened carefully wanting to make sure that it was not maybe coming outside. The wife got up pressed her ear to the door, and sure enough it was coming from the hallway. They silently made the way out of the room and peeked around the corner down the hallway. They saw a silhouette of a child probably no older then nine years old boy. The child was bouncing a rubber ball. Just then the child stopped bouncing the and spin around in an almost unnatural fashion. A loud scream far too loud for a child to even remotely make broke though the darkness followed by rapid footsteps. In great fear the couple dashed for the safety of their room and slammed the door shut. They pressed against the door. The only thing they heard after that was sobbing, then what sounded like something being being written on the door. Footsteps were heard retreating followed by the sound of sobbing getting fainter and fainter. The wife whispered in an terrified tone "Who...was that?" The husband shook his head unsure how to answer. He grabbed a flashlight from the night table and turned it on. Slowly he cracked the door open just a few inches. Despite the pleads from his wife turned to her "If this child is in here we need to help him." She followed close behind her husband. The bright beam of light illuminated the hallway when they got to it. Where the boy stood moments ago where least half a dozen red crayons. The wife turned on the hallway light. The husband turned off the flashlight and walked over to the crayons. They where lined up in a formation of an arrow pointing to the wall of the hallway. The husband touched the part of the wall where the arrows pointed. He knocked on it. It sounded like it was hallow not solid. "There's something behind here listen." He stepped back for his wife to do what her husband had did. She listened carefully "You're right...you think that boy..." She covered her mouth thinking something awful." "I hope not..."
"We got to break down this wall....get the hammer." Without a second thought she hurried off and came back a moment later a claw hammer. She carried a baseball bat in her other hand "I'm going to help."
With that the two of them hammered and beat down the wall. It didn't take very long to do but after a short time, the wall had crumbed down plaster and dust scattered everywhere. Behind the wall was a wooden door that looked to be quite old. "Get my flashlight." He said. She grabbed the flashlight and turned it on aiming the beam of light at the door. The husband grabbed the doorknob and with a few grunts he shoved the door open. The door let out an unsettling creek. Together the couple made their way though the door and into a rather small room . Cobwebs and dust was everywhere. There they found a child's bed, a red rubber ball and red crayons. Scribbled on the wall was the message
'MOMMY I'M SORRY CAN I COME OUT NOW PLEASE? I'M SO SORRY I'M COLD, I'M HUNGRY'
