Me and motivation don't get along

Okay... heres the deal.
I really want to be a good artist, a great artist even. I look at all sorts of great art all the time (here and other places) and I always think "I want to be this good!".
Heres where things get confusing... I have little to no motivation to draw anything. Why? It's probably alot of things. First thing is probably how much time I spend playing video/computer games. I enjoy them so damn much, it's hard to stop, and hours just fly by when your playing them.
Then we have school, which is where most of my non-game time is spent. I keep decent grades, A-B range, occasional C, and rare Ds (ack). Some of it comes naturally, some doesn't, but that doesn't mean I don't have work to do.
Then I suppose there is a lack of inspiration. I need to be seriously inspired by something to draw. The last time that happened was when my mate came to visit me and I drew her 2 times. I need to find some serious source of inspiration, somehow.
Any kind of helpful advice is appreciated.
