It was about a guy talking about Cybernetics and how they have advanced so far in their universe that people use them quite regularly. He goes onto explain that he is being chased and is after by... The CIA, I think? He is about to get captured and is going to save his life to a copy, but fails to do so before being shot. I know this is rather vague and could be very hard to find, but I hope someone can help me!
