so the price will range 15.00-50.00
we'll discuss prices and most likely I will stream for you so you can watch me doodle it.
Edit: This is a name your price commission thing. 15.00 is the starting price, if you feel i'm doing well enough during the drawing process (the fifteen will be paid up front) then you can go ahead and pay more for how you much you feel the piece is worth. (I'm giving this a shot btw, I'm hoping that this'll work)

I would most likely choose a Japanese rock song (a link to translated lyrics too if that helps) some of it is a bit heavy...should i be sticking to something more mellow? or doesn't it matter?
