The landlord of the mobile home park i live in is telling my family tha we have thirty days to clean our house 100% or move. They also told us that we have to get rid of two of our four pets then pay $1000 for the two we keep while also paying and extra $40 a month. Besides they were extremely rude about it. I may have to move and I don't know if we can. If anyone in texas can tell me if any of this is even legal. My mom already wants to leave and I can't even stand this anymore myself. I need help.
