Yes. I was traded a random Scatterbug from someone in the High Plains areas and another from Marine, and when I evolved them, they were Orange and Blue instead of the Modern Red of my RL geographic region.

Sadly, I've read you can't breed out the foreign colors, so breeding a Marine Vivillion/Scatterbug with a 3DS that's registered to a US location will only hatch more Red/Modern.

If you're exceptionally crazy, you can buy a new 3DS/2DS, buy another XY, set your set-up geographic region for Austria, Finland, etc, and then have all of that Vivillion color you want.

By pink you mean Meadow, right?

Monsoon is so steep because I swear either no one in Hong Kong or India is playing XY, and if they are, they are somehow avoiding the Internets because seriously, when was the last(or first!) time you spotted a Passerby from HK or India? Or China. All I've seen are South Korea, Japan and fleetingly Taiwan.

In general, I think people take for granted how scatterbugs are an easy first catch bug, so how unique or coveted could they be?
